Bhavin Turakhia is a visionary serial entrepreneur who has built and scaled multiple groundbreaking tech companies. From bootstrapping his first venture, Directi, with just $500, along with his brother, to selling it for $160 million, his journey exemplifies innovation and impact. In 2012, he started Radix with a vision to operate the most successful new gTLDs in the industry. He has since founded Titan, a collaboration suite for SMBs valued at $300mn valuation, and Zeta a Next Gen Banking tech company valued at $2bn - each a leader in its domain. As Co-Founder and Chairman, Bhavin continues to provide strategic guidance to the Radix team, ensuring its ongoing success.

Div Turakhia is a serial entrepreneur, and investor with a track record of building and scaling transformative tech ventures. Co-founding Directi, he went on to launch and exit multiple groundbreaking companies, including Media.net ($900M exit) and Skenzo. In 2012, he co-founded Radix with his brother. In 2022, he Founded Ai.tech, a cutting-edge startup studio. Once the youngest Indian billionaire on Forbes’ list, Div continues to drive innovation and strategic investments through his single-family office.

Sandeep is a recognized leader in the global domain name industry, with over 21 years of expertise shaping the space.

As CEO of Radix, he has led the company to become one of the world’s top domain registries, overseeing 10 million+ domain registrations under management. Before Radix, Sandeep played a cross-functional leadership role at Endurance International Group (now Newfold Digital), driving the consolidation of its domain name businesses.

His career began in the early days of Directi Group, where he held key roles in Business Development, Product Management, and International Marketing. He was also a founding member of LogicBoxes, an enterprise-level platform and consulting firm catering to large domain hosters and registrars.

Neha Naik is a seasoned leader in the domain name industry, bringing over 18 years of expertise in sales, product management, and policy. A key force behind Radix’s growth since its inception, she played a pivotal role in shaping its TLD applications and now leads the Channel Partnerships team, strengthening relationships that drive Radix’s global success. Through her strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Neha continues to expand Radix’s global footprint and competitive edge.

As Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing and Strategy at Radix, Suman Das drives demand for Radix’s TLDs through strategic brand development, customer-focused marketing, and business growth initiatives. Under his leadership, Radix has executed high-impact campaigns in collaboration with industry leaders like MrBeast, Startup Grind, and Web Summit. With over 18 years of experience spanning brand management, corporate strategy, and product development, Suman has a proven track record of driving growth.

Neha Nair is a security expert with 10+ years of experience in strategic security, AI governance, and risk management. At Radix, she leads cybersecurity for over 10M domains, shapes key business decisions, and advances AI strategies. She heads global policy initiatives, collaborates with ICANN on internet security, and strengthens ties with governments and law enforcement. Neha previously led risk and safety programs at Netflix and the Wikimedia Foundation, bringing experience from big tech and global organizations.
